Riding high on the success of two back to back films, Alia Bhatt now has turned the new face for the organization that works towards the well being of animals, PETA. While it was Richa Chadda recently who was promoting the idea of vegetarianism, Alia, now, has opted for the look of an angel.
Promoting the concept of 'being an angel for animals', this new campaign of PETA encourages animal adoption with the tagline, 'Adopt, Never Buy'. While Alia has always been open about her love for animals, she too has requested her fans to adopt animals especially the ones who are thrown on the streets - undernourished and unsheltered.
This campaign not only concentrates on providing shelter to street animals but also aims at sterilizing them and keeping them in safe environment.
