Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar is celebrating two years of her film Badhaai Do starring Rajkummar Rao. The film was released in February 2022 and is remarked as one of the finest releases of that year, tackling LGBTQIA+ subjects.

The story is about a gay cop and a lesbian teacher who enter a sham marriage to pacify their families but find that relationships - both real and fake - aren’t that easy. A perfect mix of comedy and emotions, it is a heartwarming story!

Directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni, Badhaai Do also stars Gulshan Devaiah and Chum Darang. The film is a sequel to the National Award-winning film Badhaai Ho, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Neena Gupta and Sanya Malhotra in the lead roles.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Bhumi Pednekar was most recently seen in Bhakshak. The film is a Red Chillies Entertainment production.
