Arjun Rampal marked the success of his latest film Dhurandhar by sharing a gratitude-filled note on Instagram. Filmmaker Aditya Dhar’s much-awaited spy thriller released on December 5 and received a strong response from audiences, steadily gaining momentum at the box office. Amid the appreciation, Arjun took a moment to acknowledge the team behind the film and thank fans for their support.
Arjun Rampal celebrates Dhurandhar with a heartfelt note
On Monday, Arjun shared behind-the-scenes photos from the sets with his co-stars—Akshaye Khanna, Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt and R. Madhavan—along with director Aditya Dhar. In his caption, he thanked viewers for embracing the film, writing, “Ladies & Gentlemen, we were not ready for this. Thank you for this incredible love, support and acceptance you have given Dhurandhar, which is a vision and passion of one man, my Boiya @adityadharfilms.”
Arjun recalled being impressed from the moment Aditya narrated the story to him. He praised the filmmaker’s research, attention to detail and commitment during the shoot, noting that Aditya handled pressure with ease. He also acknowledged the contribution of cinematographer Vikash Nowlakha, editor Ojas Gautam and casting director Mukesh Chhabra.
In his note, Arjun expressed appreciation for each of his co-stars. He wrote, “#akshaykhanna you owned it. @actormaddy you are pure genius. @duttsanjay thank you for being you. @therakeshbedi, what a full circle. @saraarjunn congratulations.” He also praised Ranveer Singh, adding, “Hamza, it was a beautiful journey to watch your focus, determination and fearless approach. Thank you for the ice baths. The last dance belongs to me.”
Arjun concluded his message by thanking producer Jyoti Deshpande and Jio Studios, referring to Jyoti as “the silent angel” whose support helped the project sail through.

Dhurandhar is a spy action thriller written, directed and co-produced by Aditya Dhar. Produced under Jio Studios and B62 Studios by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar and Lokesh Dhar, the film features Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi, along with Manav Gohil, Danish Pandor, Saumya Tandon, Gaurav Gera and Naveen Kaushik in supporting roles.
Set in the early 2000s and inspired by real events, the film was praised for its performances, scale and depiction of espionage. With strong word of mouth, Dhurandhar grossed Rs. 160 crores shortly after release. A sequel is already in the works and is scheduled to hit theatres on March 19, 2026.
