Indian music maestro AR Rahman attended the 64th Grammy Awards 2022 with his son AR Ameen. The Academy Award-winning musician and his son also met the popular South Korean juggernaut BTS and shared several pictures from the prestigious ceremony on their social media.

AR Rahman sported a golden print blazer over his all-black look while his son AR Ameen kept it casual in chequered shirt. AR Rahman used his Instagram stories to reshare a photo and a clip from his son AR Ameen's Instagram profile. On April 4, Ameen posted a few photos of himself posing with the BTS where he smiled as he posed with the rest of the band. He shared a video on his story where his musician father can be seen posing beside the band.

The post was flooded with purple heart emojis. AR Ameen also posted a picture with Grammy-winning composer and dad AR Rahman from the Grammys red carpet while Rahman captioned “Parenting” sharing the same picture on his Twitter handle.

AR Rahman previously bagged two Grammy Awards in 2010 for the film Slumdog Millionaire, in the categories - Best Compilation Soundtrack Album for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media and Best Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media categories. Meanwhile, BTS was nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their song ‘Butter’.
