Anupam Kher’s lunch with Royal Highness Duke and Duchess of Cambridge : Bollywood News

Anupam Kher, who happens to be one of Bollywood's most versatile actors, is one happy man these days. The reason? Well, he was invited to join India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the royal lunch that was hosted for the Royal Highness Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

While the Duke was dressed in a dark suit and tie, the Duchess wore a knee-length light blue dress, which redefined 'royalty' in its own sweet way. Post the grand lunch, a visibly excited Anupam Kher, took to Twitter and posted the photographs of the royal luncheon. He tweeted "Pleasure to meet The Royal Highness Duke & Duchess of Cambridge. They are so charming & Royal. Thank you PM Sir."

Earlier, when Anupam Kher had received the invitation for the royal lunch, he had tweeted "Looking forward to meeting the Royal Highness Duke & Duchess of Cambridge at the lunch hosted by PM @narendramodi.:)". If that wasn't enough, he had even posted the photograph of the royal invitation.
