Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt turned 29 on Tuesday, and the Gangubai Kathiawadi kicked off her celebrations in Maldives. The actress was seen soaking in the sun on a private island with her sister Shaheen Bhatt and mother Soni Razdan.

Alia Bhatt on Wednesday took to Instagram to share a video with a caption that read, “this is 29 ☀thank you for all the love.” The video begins with her relaxing on the beach, enjoying delicious noodles, watching Friends, spending time in the pool and on the beach. She also went on a yacht ride and received a card that read, "Happy birthday & I love you."
