The evergreen star Madhuri Dixit is celebrating 25 years of Prem Granth. On the occasion of silver jubilee anniversary of the release of the much-loved film, Madhuri shared a couple of throwback photos on Instagram.
Madhuri Dixit tagged the picture as an 'iconic film’. In the first picture, she was seen in an off-screen moment with late legendary actors Shammi Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor. The second picture of Madhuri is all joyous from the movie 'Aaja Nachle' along with a young girl.
In another picture, Madhuri Dixit was seen with the star cast in one frame which also featured late choreographer Saroj Khan. And in the last frame, Madhuri was dressed up all in traditional with Randhir Kapoor.
Alongside the precious post, Madhuri wrote, “An iconic film based on a subject ahead of its time #25YearsOfPremGranth.”

Prem Granth was directed by Rajiv Kapoor, along with Madhuri Dixit and Rishi Kapoor as the movie stars. It talked about sexual assault.
On the professional front, Madhuri Dixit is currently a judge on the show Dance Deewane 3.
