Sooraj Pancholi’s Excel film on football shelved? : Bollywood News

Though we haven’t received a glimpse of Sooraj Pancholi ever since his debut Hero, recently, the actor was apparently on a film signing spree with three films that were announced with him in the lead. However, the statuses of these films are currently in a dilemma as none of them have currently gone on floors.

Sooraj Pancholi’s Excel film on football shelved?

Excel Entertainment, few months ago, had announced a sports drama with Sooraj Pancholi playing the character of a football player. Though not much has been spoken about the film since then, Sooraj recently revealed that it has been postponed indefinitely. However, the reason for the same is still being kept under wraps. Speculations are rife that the film may never get made and that it has been shelved.

Few days ago, while choreographer Bosco of the Bosco-Caesar duo announced his directorial debut Circus with Parineeti Chopra and Sooraj in the lead, couple of days later, it was being said that the actress has quit the film. As for the Remo D’Souza directorial starring Ajay Devgn, we hear that the makers are working out on the modalities and the film should be on floor soon.
