The unit of Venus Films' Tezz was in for a shock yesterday when some members from political group Shiv Sena stormed into the sets at Filmistan studios disrupting the shoot for a while. A song sequence featuring Mallika Sherawat was being filmed and Shiv Sainiks were objecting the presence of foreign dancers.
However, the production head explained to them that the foreigners just featured in a couple of shots as the movie is set in London. As promised, the foreigners even left after finishing their bit yesterday afternoon. Post that, the shoot went on smoothly.
Shiv Sainiks disrupt Tezz shootTezz directed by Priyadarshan stars Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Kangna Ranaut, Zayed Khan, Mohanlal and Sameera Reddy. The film is set for an April release.
