Producer-director Raj Kanwar has been signed to direct Suraj Prakash's new venture , Maa Sherawali productions' Production no.3 starring Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan & Karisma Kapoor. The film has been written by Robin Bhatt and Shyam Goel. Rumi Jafferey has penned the dialogues while Sameer is the lyricist. Anu Malik has composed the music. The shooting will commence from 6th January 2001.
