Yes, you read it right. Rishi Kapoor is all set to play a gay character in Karan Johar's Student Of The Year. The role was apparently to be played by Shah Rukh Khan initially but later, Rishi filled in the shoes.
Buzz is that Kapoor plays the dean in the film and shares a very special relationship with Ronit Roy's character. Rishi Kapoor, on his part, admitted that his character in the film is that of a gay person, which according to him, is one of the most important roles of his career at the moment. He added that this is the time of his career when he is all set to experiment.
