Naseeruddin Shah makes Marathi film debut in Deool : Bollywood News

He is by far, one of the most revered method actors in Bollywood. Naseeruddin Shah, who has been acclaimed for his intense acting style will be seen making his debut in a Marathi film

The actor makes a special appearance as, a God-like figure alongside Nana Patekar in the Marathi film, Deool. The film that is being made for Rs. 4 crore has 35 actors featuring in it; Naseeruddin will be seen talking in Marathi for the first time on the big screen.

The story of the film revolves around, a group of people from a rural area where, their lives change due to development and modernisation in villages. Nana would be playing the part of a Sarpanch in the film. The film also stars Dilip Prabhakar, the actor who played Mahatma Gandhi in Lage Raho Munnabhai and Mohan Agashe. The film is slated for a September release.
