The colored and renovated version of K.Asif's Mughal-e-Azam that had a successful inning in India is now literally going places. After having a grand premiere at the Albert Hall in London, the film is now heading towards US. The US premiere in LA on 17th March received a standing ovation. The Hollywood journalists loved the film and some more journalists from the West Coast showed interest in reviewing the film. So a special premiere for the West Coast is arranged today. The east coast premiere of the film just eventuated yesterday that was attended by prominent personalities like Padma Lakshmi with husband Salman Rushdie, Mira Nair, Ismail Merchant and Vikram Chatwal among others. The film is releasing in UK and US on 1st April 2005.
