2006 has definitely proved to be a lucky year for Kunal Kapoor. He won a lot of acclaim for his portrayal of Aslam in the years biggest hit so far, Rang De Basanti. And now he has a cool brand endorsement in his kitty. Indian Terrain, the fastest growing brand in the Menswear segment has signed on Kunal Kapoor of Rang De Basanti fame to endorse its range of products in an exclusive two year contract. The deal which starts from this season will see Kunal featuring in the new summer collection campaign which is due to hit the media in the 1st week of April. Says Charath Narasimhan, COO, Indian Terrain, We believe that Kunal represents this brand philosophy and is also representative of this new Inspired Indian. Kunal and Indian Terrain are a reflection of each other. They are young, not bound by history and rules. They ooze chutzpah and charm." Kunal on his part says, "The attitude of the brand is refreshing. This is one brand that has no pretensions and is proud to call itself Indian". The actor will talk about his association with the brand at a press conference, on Monday.
