Veteran actor Farooque Shaikh, who was recently seen in Dibakar Banerjee's Shanghai, has been admitted to a suburban hospital in Mumbai following a severe viral infection.
Though doctors have said that he is not really in danger now, Farooque has been advised complete rest. The actor was juggling a hectic shooting schedule with his play 'Tumhari Amrita' and film Club Go despite not being well and this seems to have taken a toll on his health.
We wish the supremely talented actor a speedy recovery.
