Naseeruddin Shah's film is all set to roll! Yes, it's a known fact that the accomplished actor has been toying with the idea of turning director. Now here's some EXCLUSIVE info on the project.
Producer? The film will be produced by Shabbir Boxwala. Shabbir has been an associate of Rajiv Rai, had turned producer with DIL KA RISHTA [Arjun Rampal, Aishwarya Rai] and is now the Production Head of Sahara One Motion Pictures.
However, the project will not be produced/presented by Sahara, but by Shabbir independently. In fact, he has floated a new production concern, CAT Productions [C for cinema, A for advertising, T for television].
Shooting? The film will be shot in August in Mumbai and from September in New York.
Genre? It's an out-and-out commercial film, Shabbir informs me, It has loads of comedy, the thrill aspect and an intense love story.
Star cast? We are still talking to people, Shabbir is tightlipped on that. However, Irrfan has been signed to enact a pivotal role.
