Another actor who's growing from strength to strength is Ajay Devgan. Riding high on the success of DEEWANGEE and BHOOT and winning acclaim for his performance in THE LEGEND OF BHAGAT SINGH, Ajay tells me he's game to experiment with roles over and over again. In fact, it's exactly after three years that Ajay will be seen in an action role in QAYAMAT. It's shaped up very well, Ajay says, My fans will see me in a role they first accepted me in.
Accepting the fact that the actors need to be flexible vis-?is their remuneration in order to portray a wide gamut of roles, Ajay says that there wasn't any conscious effort on his part to diversify to non-action roles. I was lucky to get the kind of roles that I am getting. I really didn't make an effort to change my image. It just happened, Ajay states.
