Aamir Khan?s younger brother Hyder Ali Khan has been teamed with Pretti Jaiin in a film called DEEPA KI TARANNUM. Pretti, who hit headlines some time back, will enact the role of the controversial bar dancer Tarannum in the film.
Produced by first-time producer Ranjeet Sharma, with Ramesh Babu Shetty as the co-producer, the film is written-directed by Saatyam Satyarthee and has music by Sanjeev-Darshan.
Launched on Wednesday, December 14 at Filmistan Studio, the film is being made under the banner of Ashu Films Internationals. Shravan Rathod of music director duo Nadeem-Shravan duo broke the auspicious coconut, Mrs. Ranjeet Sharma, wife of the producer, sounded the clapper board while Hyder Ali Khan?s father, Tahir Husain, switched on the camera. Lead pairs Pretti Jain and Hyder Ali Khan faced the camera for the mahurat shot.
Hyder Ali Khan was a flight purser with Qatar Airways and was based in Doha. He gave up his job and started assisting his father in the making of DIL DHOONDTA HAI.
