The Indore Youth Congress wants to file a case against Aamir Khan for dishonoring the Indian national flag. On August 16, Aamir Khan the brand ambassador of Toyota Innova attended an event in Indore. The next day, while at the airport, 20 Congress party workers accosted him with black flags for allegedly dishonoring the national flag. Apparently, the national flag hoisted at the gates of Rajpal Motors showroom in Indore, where the event was held was permitted to fly post sundown, infringing the Indian Penal Code. An FIR was filed against the showroom owner Rakesh Rajpal on August 17.
