Nobody like it when someone shows his dark side which nobody knows till now, because if ur doing it it means its a SUICIDE.You have to be brave and very much sure about what you want to show in your movie.We "Indians" forgot that Gandhiji was also a human being,so every human do make mistakes,some are small others are big which you cant regret in your life till you dies...
This movies shows the dark side of Mahatmaji, where Mahatmaji fails to understand his own son who was an ordinary man,like every son who has a dream that he wants to be like to his father..A gr8 movie which was not easy to be made,a great courage for actor like Akshaya Khanna to understand the condition of an son and shows it in screen..This movie can be send to oscar and i hope that Akshaya gets an award for best actor next year...
