I saw this movie today in multiplex. Movie was good time pass. I liked the movie. Specially the romantic date scene between shahid & Rani. Songs were samsh hits like Ishq Hi Hai Rab, Discowale Khisko & Dil Bole Hadippa-Remix. A feel good film. No bakwaas action like WANTED. wanted is a crap. Outdated! while Hadippa is fresh. Full of colors. I enjoyed the movie. It was a fun movie. Dn't search for serious script in this movie. Bcoz this movie is not for boring people. This movie is 2 enjoy totally. No tension. Thanx Rani & Shahid for working together. I love U both.

I'll be truly honest while writing this review. D.B.H. is not a bad film at all...but is just "not being bad" enough for a movie of this stature??? i dont think so... keen observers might've made mental notes of the fact that there is something seriously wrong going in Yash Raj Productions. what used to be the most trusted production house...is now giving us very ordinary content in their movies since last 2 or 3 years...except for "Chak De India" there is not a single movie where the contenet could be call examplary..."Rab ney Bana dee Joree" was a huge hit, but this was due to SRK's presence which rescued this extremely weak plot with loopholes as big as the banner's past image...YRF fans like me can only feel sorry for ourselves by remembring films such as "Silsila", "Lamhey", "DDLJJ", "Kabhi Kabhi", "Chandni", "Veer Zara" etc. i mean quality was a trade mark of this production house. a serious compromise is being done on quality in that production house. coming to DBH...the movie has just enough fuel to keep you entertained as long as it runs. and that too is due to the enchanting performance by Rani Mukherjee...who is totally in charge over here...she is real good in the Sardar avatar. Shahid provides the perfect support. Anupam Kher and Dilip Tahil are just plain ordinary. Rakhee Sawant dances well (thats all she does). Sharlyn Chopra can not act at all. (i wonder why they selected her for this role). the direction was average with a lot left to be desired. The cricket match lacks the directorial perfection...if this factor was keenly handled, the graph of the film could've been much higher. a strange technical blunder in the end though...when shahid takes off Veer Singh's beard and lenses...and the camera comes back after capturing amazed audience...Veera is standing there with lipstick, blush-on and mascara...i mean what the hell??? she just came back after scoring so many fiery runs (which is again lacks technical perfection). besides she was not wearing this make-up when she was Veer. cinematic liberties can be accpeted but they have to be made believable on the screen at least. overall ... this is a notch above average fare, which is good for one watch (thanks to Rani's performance). Nothing to carry home with you though.

Dil Bole Hadippa was a full entertaining package, funny, well done in terms of direction, production, cinematography, music and it's one of the best Yash Raj films.. it's nothing less in the quality than Veer Zara and Rab Ne Banade Jodi. Rani did a great job as well as Shahid..I never admired Shahid Kapoor in the past, but I liked him after watching this movie ( and I missed his movie Kaminea) I still don't get it.. why some ppl considered this movie as a bad movie and gave it only 2/5?!! Why?! This movie doesn't lack anything.. at least it was better than that crap Jaane Tu Yaa Jaane Na which was a super hit movie and was a copy of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai but in a silly direction! we, a group of 8 people went to see DBH and we all loved it, no one even mentioned that there's a negative point in the movie.
