From start to end the movie is very gripping the initial portions between dev and paro are brilliant also later part of the film where dev and paro meet is amazingly picturised there are some flaws also in the movie were some of the scenes do not give any explanations but they can be neglected on the whole screenplay if first notch also the direction of kashyap is far to brilliant better to what we have seen in luck by chance which was a disaster all the way abhay deol is first rate but the show stealer is mahi watch her speaking fluent punjabi and god you will notice she has some talent resembles to tabu some what on the whole dev d is a brilliant work of cinema also the background score top notch the girl playing chanda is strictly okay go watch this movie
