AWESUM MOVIE! belongs to ritesh! PERFECT for light comedy/romance luvers..very very CUTE! Ok..so i didn't even hear about this movie before today because I hardly watch any movies nowadays, since I've lost all my interest...so for me to actually register to this site just to write a review is big..i just heard the song in nach baliye and then while searched up ritesh i found that he's in this movie..so i watched it.. i won't say this movie's a flawless superhit comedy or sumthing..but if you're bored you need a good time pass..if you like light romantic stories, with a bit of laughter and sum cute adorable friends and a sweet luv story..& if you like ritesh..then i bet ur gonna luv this movie.. don't go on the ratings..or the trailers and low publicity..like i said its not a super duper hit..so don't expect anything of it..i saw it expecting it to be a total flop and expecting myself to turn it off midway..yet i actually luved it so much i saw it till the end till 4 am! so if ur a person who questions every aspect of a movie..is very critical or analytical..then i suggest you let this one go..however if ur sum1 who once a while likes to just watch sum light cute sweet movie not a super hit but just a good time pass with sum decent acting- then i highly suggest this movie...its a pretty good time pass and for ritesh luvers like me its a movie to cherish! even though the story focuses on ayesha-aftab's luv story..the movie undoubtedly belongs to ritesh..he proves how amazing an actor he is once again by this movie..and also shows his excellent versitality..rimi sen's character starts off as very annoying i hated her when she entered..but after the interval she becums quiet funny at times though she hardly has any good jokes to crack..ayesha is luking real cute..aftab's gud too... give it a try..only when ur extremely bored..or depressed..& dont expect much of it..:) i wnt say its flawless..can easily point out many flaws..especially the songs..except for de taali nun others were worthwhile..but i watched them becuz the trio acted very well in the songs:)..so i wont start ont he flaws becuz overall i liked the film..the sum is def. greaters than the parts and the sum is pretty gud!

Cast - Riteish Deshmukh, Rimi Sen, Ayesha Takia, Aftab, Anupam Kher. Director - E Niwas. Rating - ** Review - Paglu (Riteish), Amu (Ayesha) & Abhi (Aftab) live the lives of each other. They drink, eat & sleep together. Sleep? Don't take it otherwise though. But they are certainly an integral part of each others lives. Amu is a girl amongst the two guys, though Paglu & Abhi don't treat her like one. Paglu is the one who makes her realize about her feelings and helps her get her love. And Abhi is the rich, kind and classy guy who falls in love every time he meets a weird girl. Life however takes a serious fun turn when one of them falls in love with the other. And the one is sadly in love with some one else all together. E Niwas earlier gave us "Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega", & "De Taali" is not as good as compared it. "De Taali" fails in almost every aspect. Neither it makes you laugh (apart from a single moment), nor does it has some interesting story & not even some wicked lines for the characters of the movie. The movie just goes on & ends up suddenly. The only saving grace is Riteish, yes, he is impressive. Ayesha looks fine, but nothing brilliant with her performance. Aftab, he has nothing to do in the movie. Rimi Sen was the second & final impressive factor of the movie. She looked fine, as well as she acted well. The music of the movie is just average, perhaps two songs are good, "Maari Teetri" & "De Taali" (Title song in the end of the movie). Rest of the songs are below average. Also the songs (all of them) do play a role as an unwanted guest. Nothing much in the movie. Below average. Mania!Meter - 30%

Riteish is the true hero here, although I can't deny Aftab Shivdasani put in a good performance adding to his good looks. Ayesha comes in with a fairly good show and Rimi Sen's make-up is damn awful throughout the film. The kidnapping thing also fits in quite well and Rimi acts the spoilt brat fairly well. If not for Riteish or Aftab, this film would have been even more horrible at the Box Office. But, it's okay if you just wanna have a bit of fun with a so called rom-com.......

Super cute film! more about friendship than love; Ritesh Deshmukh was the true hero in this picture and he was the most romantic one although the focus was on Aftab & Ayesha's feelings towards each other! Ritesh Deshmukh was so hilarious in this film and his character was great; I'd love to have Pagluu as a friend any day! The film was backed up by a good story and good music (Definitely super cute!) Do not give in to the negative reviews! Watch it for yourself and decide. (Everyone gave a good performance in this film; so they deserve a chance!)

Overall De tali is quite disappointing. I am very confused on the director's take. What kind of an idea or story whatever he tries to convey. The delivery is just horrible. When i started watching the movie, the expectation increased in the first half an hour, but eventually its a Jaspal Bhatti show. The movie projects to be a comedy flick. But i am sorry was there any comedy sequence in the movie? Except some couple of funny sequences the movie is just horrible. 

de taali is basically a weak movie in respect of the scripts.but the performances handle the movie…  

de taali is basically a weak movie in respect of the scripts.but the performances handle the movie very well.the movie weak on the basis of script,screenplay.while the dialouges are efficient.direction is first rate by e niwas.editing is not upto the mark.performance wise retiesh is excellent.his comic itiming is a must watch,aftab handles his part very carefully,his expressions are the best,ayesha looks cute & she acts very well,rimi suits the role of don type girl.overall de taali has weak script but masterstroke performances which have handled the movie.a one time watch.
