I think this album is great! Each song has a different feel and flavor that is distinct and it contributes to the overall impact of the album - power, diversity and new sound. Madhuri has done nearly 70 films so it is important that Yash Raj films reinvent her. They got her a new image and the music seems to suit this image well.
Ishq Hua and Is Pal are some beautiful love ballads, while Show Me Your Jalwa and Soniye Mil Ja carry their own weight by being different and blending in many elements. The best track has to be the title track - THE MADHURI SONG. Its great - it has a classical indian base with modern elements.
