Makers of Prabhas starrer Radhe Shyam donate medical resources used on set to a private hospital in Hyderabad
The makers of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde's upcoming film Radhe Shyam have donated the property of a hospital set that was used during the shooting of the film. The hospital set comprises 50 custom beds, stretchers, PPE suits, medical equipment stands and oxygen cylinders. Everything has been donated to a private hospital in Hyderabad.
The hospital set was built in a private studio in Hyderabad. The makers of the film are almost done with the shooting of the film and hence decided to dismantle the property and transport it to a warehouse in the city.
Speaking to a daily, production designer, Ravinder Reddy said that the beds have been custom designed and are big, strong and patient friendly.
It was when Ravinder called up at a private hospital in the city to admit a relative that he realised the acute shortage of medical resources. Reddy contacted the filmmaker to check if the hospital set can be donated. The entire team of Radhe Shyam expressed their happiness regarding the contribution.
