Leo director Lokesh Kanagaraj buys BMW 7 series car worth whopping Rs 1.70 crore

Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is gearing up for the release of Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo soon, has added another car to his collection. The director has purchased the new BMW 7 series car worth a whopping Rs. 1.70 crore. He bought the car in black sapphire metallic colour. A photo of Lokesh with the car has gone viral on social media.

The director was seen receiving the keys to his car. The latest model of the car has a striking design and is more elegant. It was launched in January of this year and is currently available in a single variant, the 7340i. Reports reveal that the car has a 3.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission.

 

Last year, Lokesh received a new Lexus ES 300 worth over Rs. 65 lakh, from megastar Kamal Haasan following the blockbuster success of their movie Vikram.

 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Lokesh Kanagaraj will release Leo starring Thalapathy Vijay soon. Reports have previously revealed that Leo is a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s cinematic universe comprising Kamal Haasan’s Vikram and Karthi’s Kaithi. The movie also stars Trisha Krishnan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin and Gautham Vasudev Menon among others. Recently, Anurag Kashyap also joined the line-up of actors.
