Karthikeya 2 Motion Poster: Nikhil Siddhartha and team to take you on a sea adventure this time

The prequel of Karthikeya was a supernatural mystery film that spoke about beliefs and science. Taking on yet another adventure will be the sequel, Karthikeya 2. The Telugu actor Nikhil Siddhartha is expected to reprise the role of Karthik aka Karthikeya whereas Anupama Parmeswaran along with Srinivas Reddy form a team who set out on this novel adventure. The motion poster, which was released today, featured the three actors on a boat.

Interestingly, the motion poster was released today on the occasion of the birthday of the leading man Nikhil Siddhartha. The young actor shared the motion poster on his Instagram handle along with a sneak peek into the film saying, “Here is the Telugu Motion Poster of #Karthikeya2 …. Hitting Theatres this July22nd … Come Join us on this Mystical Journey ????????” He went on to add in the motion poster that there are several secrets buried beneath the city of Dwarka. For the uninitiated, Dwarka is situated near the sea which is the reason behind the nautical-themed motion poster. The city is a spiritual destination located in Gujarat and is also famous for Bet Dwarka temple located on an island. The city is known for its ancestral connection to Lord Krishna, as the state was supposed to be governed by him.

 

Karthikeya 2 will be directed by Chandoo Mondeti and the music will be composed by Kaala Bhairava. It is expected to release on July 22 and that too in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
