Suniel Shetty appreciates son-in-law KL Rahul over his return in form in cricket; says, “Good deeds never go unnoticed”

Ever since their marriage, KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty have been juggling their schedules in order to adjust as per the cricketer’s hectic schedules. Recently, he won hearts of Indians with his brilliant game in the ongoing ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 and his father-in-law Suniel Shetty couldn’t be prouder. In a recent interaction, the proud actor-entrepreneur gushed about Rahul and even mentioned his disciplined schedule which has helped him achieve this level of success.

In an interview with Indian Express.com, Suniel Shetty opened up about the great form that KL Rahul has been showcasing during the World Cup and was all praises for him as he said, “Good deeds never go unnoticed, even if you try everything to run a person down. He has that fire, commitment, discipline and consistency. He also has that urge to do something. And above all, he has a large heart which is always ready to give. I always tell my children it’s the art of giving that teaches you the art of living. As for Rahul, I have been a fan since he was a cricketer, and today, when he’s a son, not even my son-in-law, I still am a fan.” During the same interaction, he also added that he shares a great rapport with his son-in-law and often tells his daughter that she is lucky to find a partner like the Indian cricketer.

 

On the Bollywood front, Suniel Shetty will be a part of some of the upcoming franchises. While he will be reviving the popular Hera Pheri franchise with its third instalment being discussed, he will be reuniting with the co-star of many of his films Akshay Kumar in Welcome To The Jungle. This comedy entertainer has been making news for its extensive star cast which includes about 24 actors, namely, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Dutt, Paresh Rawal, among others.
