Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has once again delivered her much-awaited dose of Monday workout motivation to her fans. Keeping up with her tradition of sharing her fitness journey on social media, Shilpa took to her social media to post a clip of herself engaging in a challenging exercise that targeted both strength and core. Her dedication and commitment to her fitness routine left her fans in awe.

In the video, Shilpa starts with a modified version of leg raises, followed by left-to-right leg raises and side-body crunches. She looks impeccable in a black tank top, printed tights, trainers, and a ponytail, flawlessly executing the exercise routine. In her caption, she wrote, “Recipe for ABS OF STEEL:

 


     

  1. A bench for these body weight core exercises.

  2. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds in a circuit.

  3. Rest for 45 seconds & repeat for four rounds.
