Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt Wedding: Shaheen Bhatt shares unseen pictures from sister’s wedding ceremonies

B-town power couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot in April and needless to say, the wedding was talk of the town for weeks. The couple may have had an intimate ceremony but their private wedding was a public affair, as fans eagerly awaited glimpses of all their rituals and ceremonies. Now, the actress’ sister Shaheen Bhatt has taken to social media to share some more unseen photos from the different wedding ceremonies of her sister.

Shaheen Bhatt shared a couple of photos of the famous Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt wedding on her Instagram page. The first photo features Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Shaheen Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji from the former’s mehendi ceremony. The second one features the newlyweds from their wedding party. While an official reception was not hosted by the couple, they decided to celebrate all the rituals with their close friends and families.

 

 

Speaking of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, the wedding rituals of the couple started from April 12 and they tied the knot in a traditional manner on April 14 at Ranbir Kapoor’s residence Vaastu in Bandra. Their wedding was truly a low-key affair and they refrained from hosting a lavish reception too. Attended by close friends from the industry and their families, the couple hosted a small wedding party post the ceremonies.

 

Coming to work, they will soon start the promotions of their first Bollywood film together, Brahmastra, which is directed by Ayan Mukerji. The film is a mythological drama and is a part of the Shiva trilogy. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. After much delay, this Dharma Production venture will finally hit the theatres on September 9, 2022.

 

Besides these, Alia Bhatt has Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Jee Le Zara and a Hollywood venture in her kitty whereas Ranbir Kapoor will be featuring in Shamshera, Animal and Luv Ranjan’s untitled venture.
