Koffee With Karan 9: Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor spill secrets as Arjun Kapoor adds a twist in new promo
The third episode of the last season of the talk show Koffee With Karan is slated to showcase stars Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. Host Karan Johar unveiled the promo on Saturday, giving fans a vibrant sneak peek filled with playful jabs, industry gossip, and high-energy exchanges.
The teaser kicks off with Karan introducing the duo by warning, “On the show today, they'll not be so sanskari,” prompting Janhvi to gasp, “Oh my god!” Karan teases the unfolding madness by adding, “Things will just happen, you'll see,” before the stage descends into hilarious squabbling as Varun shouts, “Don't insult me,” and Janhvi screams, “He is insulting me. I'm feeling attacked. Oh, he attacked me!”
Settling onto the couch, Varun exposes old tension, announcing, “Everyone should know this, two people who Karan stopped talking to.” Karan counters, “I was hurt with both of you,” to which Janhvi confesses, “I gained weight when we stopped talking.” Varun then teases Karan directly, stating, “Karan, you say very dramatic shit.” When a bewildered Karan asked, “What do you mean by that?” Varun retorts, “You became Bachchan from K3G.” Karan simply replied, “I have a right,” leading Varun to echo, “Haq keh raha, haq.”
The fun escalates as Janhvi breaks into an impromptu dance, causing Varun to question, “Daughter you doing?” before they tackle a trivia buzzer challenge. Karan prompts, “The lead actress has a double role,” and Varun instantly shouts, “Chalbaaz, Seeta Aur Geeta.”
Bringing even more excitement, Karan declared, “We have a twist and a surprise,” welcoming guest Arjun Kapoor, who walks in declaring, “Boys tere ko pehchante.” During the rapid-fire round, Karan asked, “Which contemporary would you take the following advice from? Marriage advice? ” and Varun answers, “Arjun Kapoor.” Karan follows up with, “Career advice? ” and Varun repeats, “Arjun Kapoor,” causing Arjun to remark in disbelief, “Tula kay jhala?”
Wrapping up the rapid fire, Karan questioned, “Janhvi, one Instagram account that is 'giving' all the time?” and she instantly answers, “Ravi Kishan.” When Varun joked, “Naam ya daam?” Janhvi confirms, “Naam,” leading Varun and Arjun to conclude the banter saying, “Money follows my brother.”
