"I love being behind the camera because I’m a storyteller - one can sing, dance, laugh, cry and bring out all the possible emotions," says Karan Johar who recently teamed up with National Geographic for its brand new property called Your Lens.

Known for the larger-than-life emotions that he brings to his storytelling, Karan Johar expressed, “When you see a picture, a range of emotions come out. So, the ‘feel’ is the must-have element that a picture or a shot requires. That ‘feel’ can come from the moment you capture, the expression on the person you're shooting, or just the environment has to have a story to tell. He adds, “The premise of Your Lens is extremely exciting as it gives an opportunity for everyone to showcase this creativity and get featured on a prolific platform like National Geographic.”
