Kiara Advani does not often share videos and pictures of her workout on social media. Therefore when she shared a video of her doing a spinning high kick, it had her fans impressed.

Kiara kickstarted her fitness routine after a year-and-a-half and she took to Instagram to announce the news. Owing to the pandemic, gyms and other fitness centers were shut down and fitness took a backseat for many. Kiara was among them as she had to stop training with her Mixed martial arts and Taekwondo coach.

 

On Tuesday, she shared a video with her trainer Lalit Gurng where she is seen nailing the spinning high kick. Sharing the video, she wrote, “Hats off to him for trusting my kicks. Back with @mma.lalit after a year and a half.” In the video, she tried to remove her trainer's cap with the tip of her toe.
