Kajol marks 10 years of We Are Family with a Behind the scenes video

It has been ten years since the release of the film We Are Family directed by Siddharth Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar. The film stars Kajol, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Rampal in lead roles. On Thursday, Kajol took to her social media handle to share a behind the scenes video where she is also seen talking about her character and why she liked it.

Sharing the video, Kajol wrote, "Celebrating 10 years of bonding, love & parenthood. #10YearsOfWeAreFamily with #KareenaKapoorKhan @rampalarjun @AanchalOfficial #DiyaSonecha #NominathGinsburg @sidpmalhotra @DharmaMovies"

Siddharth Malhotra who made his directorial debut with the film took to Twitter and wrote, “A first film is always dear to any filmmaker. Thank u @DharmaMovies@karanjohar @apoorvamehta18 for empowering us to tell stories.Few memories bts #10yearsofwearefamily thank u @itsKajolD @rampalarjun @EhsaanNoorani #KareenaKapoor my full cast and crew #gratitude always”

We Are Family is the official remake of the 1998 film Stepmom. The movie tells the story about Maya who lives with her three children and is separated from her husband, Aman. Aman lives with his girlfriend Shreya but decides to return to his family when Maya is diagnosed with cancer.
