IIFA 2019: Salman Khan's reaction to Deepika Padukone’s purple gown was priceless
How many of you were tripping over Deepika Padukone's purple avatar at this year's IIFA night? To be honest, it takes a lot of charm and a stunning personality to carry an attire that is larger than life. Deepika isn't doing it for the first time, and turned heads with her body-hugging gown with a trail. She came in to address the press and our cameras couldn't stop flashing. But guess who couldn't figure out what she was wearing?
While Deepika spoke to the media, superstar Salman Khan was also making an entry. We saw him passing by, and he probably couldn't believe that Deepika was wearing such a long trail! He was seen making a funny face looking at her gown, and quite sure it left everyone in splits. Even Deepika is seen turning back quickly. Someone show her this video now...LOL!
For those who missed a detailed account of the actor's IIFA look, the gown custom-created by Gaurav Gupta featured a gossamer tulle hood. 'The electric violet is inspired by stained glass windows that reflect a beautiful blend of lavender and amaranth purple hues as the sun sets,' Gupta explained in his Instagram post. The fashion police were also going gaga over the feather trail and multi shade embroidery.
But none can beat Salman!
