Aamir Khan turns 60 years tomorrow, on March 14. On this special occasion, the superstar spoke to the media about the milestone and a lot more.

Aamir Khan began by saying, “I am glad that the media celebrates my birthday this way. Birthday se mujhe fark nahin padta. I have turned 60 now!”

 

A journalist remarked that Aamir Khan wears black on his birthdays. Aamir was stunned in his trademark style and then said, “I usually wear black. Nowadays, I am not fit. Aur aadmi black mein dubla lagta hai!”

 

Did he feel different now that he’s turning 60? Aamir Khan replied, “Not really. Even today when I see someone who is 30-40 years old, I address him as ‘uncle’! I think we are all like this. We all feel that we are 18 or 21 years old.”

 

Aamir Khan then shared a fascinating trivia saying, “60 years ago, when I was born, it was the first day of Holi. Ammi told me that the nurse came and put a tikka on my forehead. Even today is the first day of Holi.”
