Kabir Singh Box Office Collections: The Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh records the 7th all-time highest 2nd Friday collections
The Sandeep Vanga directed film Kabir Singh starring Shahid Kapoor released last week on Friday. After opening on a good note, the film which received positive feedback from the critics and audiences alike saw immense growth over its opening weekend. Followed by this, the business of Kabir Singh continued to remain well about the Rs. 10 cr mark on the subsequent weekdays as well.
In this box office report, we take a look at the box office collections of Kabir Singh on its second Friday running while comparing the same to previous releases. Collecting Rs. 12.21 cr Kabir Singh has managed to become the 7th all-time highest second Friday grosser. In fact, the second Friday collections of Kabir Singh have registered better numbers than previous releases like 3 Idiots that collected Rs. 11.71 cr, Tiger Zinda Hai that collected Rs. 11.56 cr, and Dhoom 3 that collected Rs. 10.1 cr.
On the other hand though, despite the positive reviews and stellar audience feedback, the collections of Kabir Singh do not manage to surpass certain other releases like Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion that collected Rs. 19.75 cr, Dangal that collected Rs. 18.59 cr, PK that collected Rs. 14.48 cr, Sanju that collected Rs. 12.90 cr, Bajrangi Bhaijaan that collected Rs. 12.8 cr, Bajirao Mastani that collected Rs. 12.25 cr.
