Box Office: Ae Dil Hai Mushkil becomes Ranbir Kapoor's 4th Highest Opening Weekend grosser

 

The Karan Johar directed film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma has been doing well at the box office. In this box office report, we take a look at the Opening Weekend collections of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil while comparing the same to Ranbir Kapoor’s previous releases. Interestingly, despite the hype surrounding the film in the last few weeks before its release, ADHM that has collected Rs. 35.60 cr ranks as Ranbir’s fourth highest Opening Weekend grosser. Though the film does not surpass the actor’s previous releases like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani that collected Rs. 62.11 cr, Besharam that collected Rs. 47.69 cr and Tamasha that collected Rs. 38.23 cr, it does manage to out beat his other films like Barfi that collected Rs. 34.60 cr, Raajneeti that collected Rs. 33.63 cr and Rockstar that collected Rs. 33.60 cr.
