Bachchhan Paandey Box Office: Ranks as Akshay Kumar & Sajid Nadiadwala’s 4th highest opening weekend grosser
The much talked about and keenly anticipated release Bachchhan Paandey hit screens on Friday last week. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala starring Akshay Kumar, the film opened on a decent note. However, with stiff competition from the previous week’s release, Bachchhan Paandey faced an uphill task at the box office.

Collecting Rs. 37.25 cr, Bachchhan Paandey ranks as their fourth highest opening weekend grosser surpassing their previous releases like Housefull that collected Rs. 29.80 cr, Kambakkht Ishq that collected Rs. 22.62 cr, Heyy Babyy that collected Rs. 15.17 cr, Jaan-E-Mann that collected Rs. 8.02 cr, and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi that collected Rs. 7.29 cr. However, the business of Bachchhan Paandey does not manage to surpass certain other releases like Housefull 3 that collected Rs. 53.31 cr, Housefull 4 that collected Rs. 46.50 cr, and Housefull 2 that had collected Rs. 42.50 cr.
Going further, trade predictions state that Bachchhan Paandey is certain to see a dip in collections over the coming week days. In fact, with The Kashmir Files still maintaining its momentum, the business of the Akshay Kumar starrer will certainly be affected.
