Chhotu Dada played the alien in Rakesh Roshan's Koi Mil Gaya starring Hrithik Roshan & Preity Zinta. Chhotu, who turned 48 this year, was one among the community of Hobbits in the Lord Of The Rings. That role earned him enough to last a year without work. Four Foot small (!!) Chhotu has worked in 500 films till date in his career spanning 30 years. A call in July last year took him to Filmkraft and he was off to Australia after a screen test. To fit inside the Jadoo costume weighing 15 kg, Chhotu had to undergo three months of rigorous dieting. His eight hour shift under the head-mask was a journey with no sight, hearing or ventilation. He will be seen next in N. Kumar's RadheShyam SeetaRam starring Sunil Shetty and Aishwarya Rai
