Fox denies production plans

While Hollywood giant 20th Century Fox has been distributing Hindi films in India, the company has no plans of getting into production of Hindi films. A recent news-report in a section of the press - about Fox signing PAAP heroine Udita Goswami for their first film - triggered off the speculation that the studio was finally getting into the arena of Hindi film production. But Aditya Shastri of 20th Century Fox denies the development outright. Fox has no plans of getting into production of Hindi films. We haven't signed Udita for any project, nor are we backing any project at the moment, he clarifies. That should silence rumour mongers, albeit temporarily!
