Fardeen - Shahid come to blows?

Fardeen Khan is in news yet again for wrong reasons this time! The first controversy pertains to the actor coming to blows with Shahid Kapoor over some intimate scenes between Fardeen and Kareena in FIDA. According to rumour mills, Shahid didn't take too kindly to those passionate sequences and reportedly had a showdown with Fardeen sometime back. That's completely untrue, Fardeen clarifies, Shahid and I got along pretty well during the making of FIDA. There were no problems absolutely. I guess, stories such as these are planted in the media, without the concerned actors even knowing about them. There's also a lot of hullabaloo about Fardeen and veteran actress Mumtaz's daughter Tanya being launched in an F.K. production, to be directed by Feroz Khan. True? Fardeen dismisses the news-piece that appeared in a leading newspaper, Mumtaz's family and the Khans have been friends for years. In fact, her kids and I have grown up together and whenever they are in town, we move around together. Not because she [Tanya] is my girlfriend, but because we're family friends. But what about the talk that F.K. Sr. is planning to launch Fardeen and Tanya in his next production? Not true at all, Fardeen clarifies, What's true is that dad is planning to start two films. While dad himself will direct one of these, an outsider will direct the other project. At the moment, we're still working on the script. That should set the rumours to rest!
