Eros fails to stall Garv release

Eros Entertainment who was to distribute Cinevistaas Garv in the overseas territory backed out of the deal subsequently. The company even approached the Mumbai High Court to stop the worldwide release of Garv, but their petition was denied by the court. Cinevistaas are now free to release their film on July 9 with a bank guarantee of Rs 50 lakhs or a security of 1 crore to the high court prior to it's release.
