Devang's new role:

Singer Devang Patel, known for his popular numbers 'Madhuri Dixit Mili Raste Mein' and 'Meri Marzi', besides the gimmicks he's tried in PATELSCOPE, has now decided to step into a new domain acting. Yes, Devang will be launched as the lead man in SMILE PLEASE, being produced by writer Imtiaz Patel. I'm not playing a funster in the film, Devang clarifies, It's a proper launch. But the emphasis will be on comedy. Besides acting in the film, Devang will also score the music. The song recordings will take place in January next year.
