Bollywood's first music release flash mob

Flash mobs have become quite a rage all over the world. Hollywood films and studios have used this unique way of promotion in the past where a bunch of people land up at a pre-decided public place and break into an impromptu song.

 

Now, Bollywood will have their first ever flash mob for the music release of Mumbai Mirror starring Sachiin Joshi. The film which is slated to release on January 18 will have its music launch in a unique way. This is the first for a Hindi film to promote itself through such an activity. A source working on the film says, "Sachiin Joshi, the main lead actor, will join the dancers who will perform on the track 'Dum Pe Lakdi' which is based on his character of a cop."

"The flash mob will take place at a popular suburban mall in Mumbai. The team is presently working on planning the details and rehearsing on the song with a large number of people," adds the source.
