'Big' deal for RSTRL

Planman Life has sold the Delhi-UP and East Punjab territories of its forthcoming release Rok Sako To Rok Lo to one of the strongest players in Northern India. Though the figures have not been disclosed, Planman Life executives however seem to be upbeat about the 'big' deal. Says Shubho Shekhar Bhattacharjee, Our prime concerns were transparency, accountability and a wide release plan. Our partners in the North are big and extremely marketing savvy. We will be able to work out brilliant synergies with this deal. It's not just the North, they have also acquired the rights for Mysore territory as well. After a marathon meeting with the distributor on Saturday, Planman Life has apparently decided now to release Rok Sako To Rok Lo on December 10th for a wider window. The Bombay territory also seems to be in the final stages of negotiation and likely to be closed by another couple of days.
