Actress Amisha Patel who was a part of Vashu Bhagnani's mega-starrer Shaadi No1 has been ousted from the project. The reason stated is the regular date problem. Amisha had signed for a film down south and her dates clashed with Bhagnani's film. And since Bhagnani couldn't wait any further to start the shooting for his film he zeroed in for the current favorite newcomer Ayesha Takia. Incidentally Amisha Patel starred in Bhagnani's last film Vaada that was a dud at the box-office.

Shaadi No 1 is being directed by David Dhawan and stars Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Zayed Khan, Sharman Joshi, Soha Ali Khan and Koena Mitra in lead roles.
