Abhishek Bachchan promotes safe bike riding

Many Bollywood celebrities involve themselves in the cause they believe in and Abhishek Bachchan is no different. Amidst shooting for movies and handling his responsibilities in the field of sports, the actor even extended his support to promote safe bike riding.

 

Being a joint initiative of the Mumbai Traffic Police and Wheelie Boy, this cause is all about spreading awareness, about wearing proper biking gear and all the safety measures that needs to be taken while riding. In fact, prior to this, the officials had approached Ajay Devgn who had given a nod for the same but had to make an exit owing to prior commitments. Despite approaching Abhishek Bachchan at the last moment, Junior Bachchan decided to get involved in the social cause.

Moreover, we hear that after flagging off the event last evening in Mumbai, Abhishek Bachchan even rode a bike along with 4,500 riders at the Bandra Kurla Complex to Worli.
