Apparently, Aamir Khan and his legendary retakes becomes even more legendary when it comes to kissing scenes, which incidentally are a must in all Aamir starrers. There's this funny story about our man. For every smooching scene of his, there are apparently rehearsals and practice sessions before the actual smooch. Even then things are botched and Aamir asks for retakes. All in the name of art, and trying to get into the skin of the character and feeling the passion, of course. A unique way of having your cake and eating it too, don't you think?
