If there is one person whose life can be summed up in two words 'mixed emotions', then, it has to be Sanjay Dutt. While on one hand, his life's happiness has been drastically cut to size because of his imprisonment, on the other hand, he has something to smile about in the form of his much awaited film PK, which is due for release in a month's time.
If his existing woes weren't enough, adding to his woes is a lawsuit which he will be facing through Ekta Kapoor (who is being represented by 'Naik Naik & Co.') claiming that the Dutts owe her Rs 1.5 crores, which she had reportedly paid him for a film that she was to co-produce with Suniel Shetty (on whose insistence, she had paid Sanjay the aforementioned money as the signing amount) in 2008. But, after the differences cropped up between Ekta and Sanjay, the film did not take off.
Ekta Kapoor takes Sanjay Dutt to court over Rs. 1.5 cores?Ekta Kapoor has now reportedly taken Sanjay Dutt to court over the same. Buzz is that, despite Suniel approaching Sanjay Dutt's wife Manyata Dutt regarding the repayment of the amount, there has been no progress on the same.
